are highly trained to negotiate contracts and to look for clauses
that are not in your best interest. Negotiating is a tricky business.
Education is essential. It is very important to stay on
top of your game. You need to understand, contracts, finance,
appraisals and what they mean. You need to be knowledgeable of
legal updates, RESPA laws, warranty programs, court cases and
understanding tax deductions and credits that are available for
home owners.
Carrying Power. Who will set your appointments, who is open
seven days a week, follow up with sellers and buyers, spend thousands
of dollars advertising your property, promote your listing. This
